✅ Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Personal care or hygiene products

    • Innerwear

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🔹 For Prepaid Orders

The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

🔹 For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Customers must provide accurate bank or UPI details to avoid delays.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • However, shipping charges will be refunded in case of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Incorrect product delivered

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification.

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
